[TheForge] OT - BTUs needed for heat house

Dave,

I live in Eastern Ohio, the house has average
insulation for a 1978 jome, which means average to
better than average. I have older but still tight 3
panel windows.

I open the windows in the summer and the breeze from
the hills keeps the place cool.
