1&1/2" to 1&1/2", 5/8" to 6", and an auto car (train) wheel to a 1&1/4" ring
& that to a big sprocket but I cheated: I used my Millermatic 375 amp stick
machine with 1/4" jet rod. 

I think 1/2" is about it with my Miller 185 mig using an argon mix and
multiple passes.
