Put the fence on wheels, portable lawn mower and fertilizing device.

The wife used to dump guinea pig and rabbit droppings off the front
porch onto her rose.  I moved the air conditioner condensate line so
that it poured out there.  Georgia, lots of humidity.  Now a mini
jungle.  Moss, ferns.
