Yeah, I've heard of them, and they're what gave me the idea ;-) I was
thinking about what to do to keep the geese and ducklings confined,
but being able to move them about so they can graze, and this lattice
just happened to come across Freecycle, so I figured I'd cut up some
2" X 4"s I reclaimed in another Freecycle deal into 1" X 2"s, tack
them on the ends, and use some round bar stock I can get cheap as the
posts. Whole thing when I'm done will cost me about $25 for hardware
and posts, and I don't hafta go scrounging in the poison ivy ;-)

42USC1320d-6 Wrongful disclosure of individually identifiable health information

(a) Offense

A person who knowingly and in violation of this part-

(1) uses or causes to be used a unique health identifier;

(2) obtains individually identifiable health information relating to
an individual; or

(3) discloses individually identifiable health information to another person,

shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).

(b) Penalties

A person described in subsection (a) shall-

(1) be fined not more than $50,000, imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both;
