Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm building, except mine will be a bit
larger, since that's the size of the tarp I found at Harbor Freight
;-) It's an 11" 4" X 23'4" tarp, so the shelter will be 8 ft high, 11'
4" wide, and about 16 ft long. I'm thinking I'll have room for a cot
and clothing for camping events- I'll likely post a picture for you
guys once I get it set up. Currently trying to get a 12 ft hardwood 2"
X 4" for the ridge pole- Home Despot wants $60, and I figure I can do
better at a local sawmill, if I can just catch the guy ;-)

42USC1320d-6 Wrongful disclosure of individually identifiable health information

(a) Offense

A person who knowingly and in violation of this part-

(1) uses or causes to be used a unique health identifier;

(2) obtains individually identifiable health information relating to
an individual; or

(3) discloses individually identifiable health information to another person,

shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).

(b) Penalties

A person described in subsection (a) shall-

(1) be fined not more than $50,000, imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both;
