D for Disc       $10.00/disk    $25.00 for 3 discs     $100.00 for any
given conference year
T for Tape      $10.00/tape   $25.00 for 3 tapes    $100.00 for any
given conference year
Each Tape or DVD is numbered and has a running time of approximately 2 hours
