	It is.  The 9th and 10th amendments make this quite clear.

	Yes, I got that.  You just didn't do the best job making that clear.

	If only that were the extent of it.  I think it goes way past that... 
it's a matter of fundamental character, and his is about as corrupt as 
they come.

	Had he taken up blacksmithing at an early age, things might have turned 
out a lot better.  They certainly couldn't have been much worse.
