[TheForge] SS forge and hood

With SS, you don't need it anywhere near this thick,
which is good because SS is expensive.

I suggest 14 to 16 gauge, with stiffeners beneath,
especially around the firepot.  This surface should
never get particularly hot.  

I haven't seen you discuss the hood.  Even outdoors
you want a side-draft hood and enough flue pipe to
carry the smoke to well overhead.
