Rick,

I have a drum sample roaster that does a half pound at a a time. Called
a "Hottop". Cost over a year ago was $600 plus. Roasters ain't cheap.
New one on the market at $300. The Behmor 1600. Good reviews so far.
Does a pound at a shot.

I've come to the conclusion in the massive amount of experience gathered
in my three months of forging that coffee is an integral part of smithing.

Sipping on a cup of Yemen Mokha Mattari roasted to Full City Plus (just
a few snaps into second crack) before I go out to light the forge.

Ah, heaven.

Bob
