I think we have the mood and availability selecting 
dinner in common. I usually go to the store with a 
couple ideas and let my eyeballs and tastebuds vote. 
Tonight I did a chicken stir fry. I deglazed the wok 
with mandarin oranges and thickened the sauce with 
chunky Skippy PB. Served over rice with garlic bread. 
Orange marmalade is another favorite of mine for 
cooking.

I favor white meat because it tends to be dry. Gravy.

Ayup. I have it all lined out, except for the details 
and those will get decided the day before by what looks 
best at the market.
