Yeah, that's one way to simplify life ;-) At SCA feasts, you try to
balance cost vs effort- and sometimes, you're much further ahead by
paying someone to do something, like bone your beasties. Boning takes
a bit of skill and practice, and unless you're like me, and make a
habit of learning odd skills, buying them boned makes a lot of sense.

Never was a fan of turducken, though, although I might do one one of
these days for practice. The one I want to do starts with a camel...
