[TheForge] Bull Air Hammer

Does anyone on the list own a 75 lb. Bull?  I have recently noticed a decrease in the bpm and an inability to get an air cushion at the top of the stroke.  I have readjusted the valves in accordance with the tape sent out by Tom Tro... entitled "Bull 75B" but this has not helped.  I shot an email to Tom via his Phoenix Hammer web site but no response.  Any thoughts?  Anyone experience similar problems?
