Yes and no. What you left out of the plan is complete drying time followed
by heat curing (at least to red) for the rigidizer. Then complete drying
time followed by heat curing (at least to red) for the Plistex. Only then
does the ITC 100 get put on followed by...well, you get the picture, right?

SO...

Put in the first layer of K-wool against tank , only need to spray 
exposed edge.

The inner layer I will install in forge, then spray .25 -.50 " into 
surface of  K-wool.

Apply Plastix  fr900 .50" thick  (mas o menos).

Apply ITC-100 (because I already have some).

Let dry between applications
