[TheForge] Air hammer anvil height

I'll second the question.
I keep seeing smiths hunched over so they can see the work when 
operating power hammers. That posture gets to hurting pretty 
quick anymore.
It makes some sense for heavy stock which you would rather carry 
at arm's length, but the rest of the time......Pete F
