[TheForge] Air hammer anvil height

I have the anvil on my air hammer at a comfortable working height- 
probably right around 42", because for me, thats about the height I 
would naturally hold a piece of metal at. I built up the base of my 
hammer to bring the dies to that height. I dont like to bend over, and 
I dont want to reach up.
If you hold a 3 foot long piece of half inch round, at a natural and 
comfortable height, alongside your body and pointing straight out in 
front of you, and then measure it, thats how high you want the bottom 
die to be.
