[TheForge] Air hammer anvil height

Greetings,

I am pouring a concrete floor in my new shop.  I was considering leaving the floor in front of the air hammer earth or plank or maybe concrete.  I'm concerned about the height of the work on the air hammer.  I haven't used it yet so don't really know from experience what a comfortable height from the ground to the work should be.  I'm thinking making the floor too high is gonna do a number on my back when I use the hammer.  Anyone care to weigh in on preference?
