Stu,

You can't be much more than a hour from Centaur if you wanna buy in 
person. My map shows about 40 miles (Lake Zurich, IL to Burlington, 
WI). I would consider that pretty local for a somewhat specialized 
item.

Another online source would be Larry Zoeller also on this list.
