[TheForge] cutting propane cylinders

I have an old Bascom Turner Natural Gas monitor that will give me the 
%lel for natural gas as well as just %gas.  They have units that work 
with propane as well but they are pricey.  There are some cheaper 
consumer grade ones that can be had for under $75 on ebay, maybe even 
under $50.   If you were going to cut a lot of tanks, the co2 flow dodge 
and one of these may be a good investement.
