[TheForge] cutting propane cylinders

I'm setting up to make a propane cylinder forge, I'd been planning
on the old-fashioned "discharge, fill with water, cut" method,
but now I'm getting tempted to shoot it with a saboted slug from the
12 gauge from a distance with a flame source nearby.
