The Forge and Anvil studio in St. Clements Ont is having a closing auction
tomorrow Thurs. Mar. 24th /05 at 4:00 pm. Here is the text of an e-mail I
received from Dean Piesner yesterday after I inquired about the list of what
was available.

Steel, lots of mild steel, finished products, unfinished products
goods in progress and jigs, cone mandrel, cone mandrel, wire wheel
drill press

We have a very large low post vise mounted on a table which is supported
by an I beam. There are three anvils (1) 180 pound single horn, (2) two
each 450 pound double horn. Tumbler for steel, drill press with keyless
chuck. 1/2" thick steel table for mounting a vise. Long link chain, and a
wide variety of steel in rounds, squares, flats and angles, all stored
inside in perfect condition. Other steel work tables, and wheeled steel
carts. Also many other related items.

Another smith in the area, Robb Martin, has taken on at least some of the
business which includes the coal. For more info go Robb's website at:
www.thak.ca/index.html. Robb is a very talented armourer as well as a
teacher and demonstrator.
