	This is so.  An alternative is would be water borne polyurethane.  I 
did the floors in my house with it and in 15 years there was no change 
in color discernable to the eye.  And it's tough as nails, but 
expensive.  ca. 1989 it was $50/gal for Pacific Strong which was the 
best on the market in those days.  I'm sure they must be far better now.
