Seriously Bruce, the way you stated it made the whole thing sound 
questionable.  I think it is reasonable to assume that anyone that is 
"Certified" to work on a boiler of that type would not need to be asking 
questions about setting rivets.  I'm not saying that's what you said, 
but that is how it seemed to read.
