[TheForge] NJMT (was: rivets: chapter two)

As I recall, it was low water because of a leak.  They were moving a
traction engine to the fair grounds under its own power.  A cop had just
caught up with them at the fairgrounds because their lugs were tearing up
the pavement.  I'm not familiar with operation of these but as I understand
it, that something happened because of the  uneven ground and I believe the
"crown" sheet?  I'm sure the cop distracted them to.  The cop and two on the
machine were killed.

Walt,
Just curious, if you know , what were the details concerning the cause of
the explosion.
