If it's not too late, DON'T use play-doh. Play-doh is salt, water, and
cornstarch. Acid will dissolve it. You need something water-repellant,
like plasticine clay (ordinary kids' toy clay). You can sift some fine dirt
from your yard (clay, not loam) and mix it with a heavy oil (like bar-chain
oil) and get something that will do. No doubt there are lots of other
things that will work as well.

It's an 8mm bold with about a 6mm extractor in it now. I tried the
dremel approach to dish it out to get a good center punch. Messed up
the top 1/16" of the hole, no big deal. Hope play-doh holds the acid...
