Even something like the ergonomic stools I used to see in the '90's where 
the user is kneeling with the butt a bit higher might be an improvement.

That requires muscle control, less you slide down.  If you build a harness,
then you slide down into the harness and, again, loose circulation.  But, a
good idea.  Keep thinking!!  Good ideas sometimes get turned into something
that will work<G>.
