	Perhaps useful, but may not be sufficient.  Many steels have similar 
qualities.  And building the equipment, while perhaps a fun task 
(though perhaps not) would be a lot of work.  For example a Charpy rig 
must be precisely made if precise measurements of notch sensitivity are 
to be conducted.  And none of this solves the issue of identifying a 
specific analysis that is required.

But one must ask if the problem actually exists before churning over 
solutions.
