[TheForge] Chisels now Library

FWIW.  I bought some DVDs that wouldn't play on my machine.
The wife got a new home video system for Christmas, the darn things
work fine on it. Best guess I heard is a new format that isn't downward
compatible. I think it's a copy protection thing.
