Hi Roger, I don't confess to having all the answers by any means, but if
this disc worked before and it don't now............ I have a suggestion.

That is to wash it with lens cleaner on the back where the recording is - to
see if there is a non visible smudge which is not allowing your discs to
continue and lock up. I had a couple like this and you couldn't see any
scratches on the back, nor finger smudges, but it kept screwing up and
locking up in the same place.

I took some lens cleaner for the polycarbonate lenses, sprayed the disc,
wiped it with a soft cotton cloth, and the disc worked again.

Being a fix it guy and mechanic at heart, I always figure there is a simple
problem first (that I can actually fix) ........instead of the dreaded solid
state programing/recorder/reader machine being the cause of the problem.

Hey, it's worth a try maybe?

Ralph
