Good to hear from you
I will try the suggestion.  It makes more sense than some I have gotten.

Saw Keene P and a bunch from UMBA over the weekend.  Keene is already
planning the trip to MN for the madness.  He and another person have 38
hours into a grape vine railing that the pictures looked excellent.
I made it through the welding class.
Saturday was a bitch.  The torch would go bang and go out. Tried
different pressures, different torch same thing.  Next day we went to
vertical welding and everything worked great.  Go figure.  The weekend
trade item was something welded so I cut many 6" lengths of 052 uncoated
mig wire, fused 3 together in bunches and then welded them to a rod
making a Ponderosa Pine branch.  Looked quite good if I say so myself.
No pictures but may make another into a wreath for Bemidji event.

Hi Roger, I don't confess to having all the answers by any means, but if
this disc worked before and it don't now............ I have a
suggestion.

That is to wash it with lens cleaner on the back where the recording is
- to see if there is a non visible smudge which is not allowing your
discs to continue and lock up.  I had a couple like this and you
couldn't see any scratches on the back, nor finger smudges, but it kept
screwing up and locking up in the same place.
