Ummm- slander is a bit more complicated than that, particularly when you're
dealing with print media, which the Internet falls under. I wouldn't take a
chance, with all the weird interpretations of the law that the Homeland
Security crap allows.

OTOH, I've been discussing this with my roommate, Rob, and he says that Utah
has some of the strictest Hotel laws in the 50 states, since Utah relies so
heavily on their tourist trade. He thinks that you could own a pretty fair
percentage of the hotel, if you pushed it- supposing you wanted an hotel
that had lost its license to be a hotel.

I suggest you get a Utah attorney- or you might start by contacting the
local tourist bureau- they won't like that sort of thing at ALL. If you
like, I can contact an attorney friend in California, who would know a good
guy in Utah- there's no excuse for the woman's behavior.

If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it is probably not a
cat.

Never a horse that cain't be rode,
And never a rider who cain't be throwed....
