It must be a regional kinda thing. Only the poor agricultural south has all 
that industrial north
tool steel laying around.

Remember, you can be called a blacksmith if , during rush hour, you will 
stop along I-285 to pick up loose steel.
(I-285:  the Atlanta perimeter where the speed limit is 55 and the average 
speed is 75)
