[TheForge] Steel weight

While not as close as Frosty's 0.28, I have always just used 0.3 pounds per 
cubic inch for steel, and being an ex aluminum guy have always just used 0.1 
pounds per cubic inch for aluminum.  Easy for me to remember -- as aluminum 
is approx. 1/3 the weight of steel. -- Also for the same section it is 1/3 
as stiff.
