[TheForge] Surgery Date

It not dark here at 07:30, I am out walking by that time.  I have always 
thought that an early surgery hour was better than late.  The doctors are 
not tired, drunk (maybe hung over) etc.  Most studies would say that the 
best work is done early in the day.  Good luck and God bless.
