I don't really know how well Plistix 900F reflects IR, but it certainly makes 
a terrific seal coating; far superior to ITC #100. They aren't even in the 
same league. I will be using the Plistix on a new miniature Multihole furnace 
shortly and then I will know whether to bother using water separated #200 mesh 
Zirconia over the Plistix or not.
