[TheForge] Drill Press replace the chuck

I did this while replacing the chuck on a hand held drill. I managed to get
the new one on but had to use loc-tite to keep it in place since I screwed
up the threads on the retaining screw. Before the loc-tite whenever I tried
to back a screw out it would just unscrew the chuck from the drill.
PS: I have a Jacobs keyles chuck on my Milwaukee hammer drill, and hate it.
It's almost imposible to get it tight enough to keep it from slipping, and
then I have a battle getting it loose.

Just for giggles, open the old chuck up all the way and look up in there
with a flashlite.
I ran into one that had a retaining screw in there that had to be
removed before I could use wedges to remove the chuck.....things were
pretty battered before I figured it out....Pete F
