Thanks- I'll definitely do this when I rebuild, which is inevitable since
it's made from an old ten gallon propane tank (14 ga steel?) and it's
already rotten on the ends.
I don't think it's loud, as gas forges go, but quieter would sure be worth a
bit of tinkering. It does roar a bit...
