	I agree that is can happen again and in fact is happening
	as we discuss it, just not at the same levels as 100
	years ago.  As long as there is in herent conflict of
	interest between front line employees and shareholders,
	this danger will be present.  In the current state of
	capitalist evolution, I see no way to avoid the conflict.
