In a perfect world we would not have to deal with people or, everyone would 
treat people with a kind and courteous manner. The concrete workers in 
Mexico are the high paid skilled workers by the pay standards in Mexico. 
The problem is that the standard of living is not uniform around the world. 
As long as this exists management will exploit to save a buck and Dilbert 
wouldn't be as funny because there would be no frame of reference. Unions 
are only as good as the people in it. They have to be motivated and active 
. You can thank the unions for all the safety advancements in the work 
place because management didn't see the worth just the cost. It hasn't been 
that long ago that the National Guard was the preferred strike breakers of 
management. Please look up the coal strikes in Wyoming,Kentucky and the 
Penn.steel strikes before flaming me and just be glad that you don't work 
for Ford in the early 1900's. This could happen again.
