    There has been a lot of ranting going on about unions on this site 
and most seems to be directed at trade unions and most is negative. I 
have never belonged to a union, but my personal opinion is that the 
wrong people are unionized in this day and age. I have no heart ache 
with the union laborer making X dollars an hour, most  do NOT  work a 40 
hour week, 52 weeks a year. They get NO paid vacation and a portion of 
their dues go towards medical insurance and a retirement fund. The 
unions I find offensive are, The American Bar Assn., The American 
Medical Assn., The National Education Assn. and other so called 
professional associations. I think some working stiffs who need a union 
don't have one and those who really don't need one do. Just my opinion, 
and we all know what opinions are.
