My 25 just would NOT hit hard and consistently until I moved it up to the
rated speed, which is 340 BPM.
Now, that's fast, I think, but I've learned how to work with it and I'd
rather have it hitting well at that speed than hit and miss at a slower
speed.
Also tightened the toggle linkage as Clifton described.
