The top was a very heavy truck spring and the rest is various pieces welded
together.  Stated he used a wire feed with flux cored wire 1/16"
Made large V and filled in with weld.  Beautiful anvil 100 Kilogram
John is the owner of the 500# little giant I talked about a few weeks ago
and he welds for a living.
