[TheForge] OT YAK not smithing etc... sceptic tanks

Much as I hate to post off topic questions here, I just know someone out
there has the knowledge Im after...
We have a sceptic tank which is called a "biocycle" it works by bacteria
breaking down the waste and pumping the water onto the garden, Im sure its a
common system the world over. Im looking to find out how to service it
myself, seems pointless to pay someone to come out 4 times a year if I can
do Ph and other tests myself, Ive already replaced the pump and air diaphram
but would like to know what the service guys know....
