[TheForge] Melted Flares & Refractory Liner

I have tried both Jay's mild steel and ss flares. The ss flares lasted
longer last time but I also set them back behind the castible liner into the
ceramic fiber insulation. The first time I had the mild steel ones and they
extended into the liner, about 1/4" recessed.
