hello;

i would strongly suggest to visit to the consumer product
safety commission's web page. read the thousands of recalls,
fines, etc. concerning faulty, dangerous, etc products and/or
services.

when a person can sue over a cup of hot coffee and win,
logic and reason are no longer being considered.
