Terry,
What if someone reads something that you have written, takes your advice and
it is wrong. You are being so pessimistic that I wonder if you ever DO
anything.
My idea on this subject is do not get insurance and do what ever you want.
If there is no insurance and you are not a millionaire, the greedy lawyers
won't bother you.
