You make a jig that gives the radius you want which will be trial and error
but it doesnt have to be perfect because you can pull the finished ring
together when you weld the ends which makes it exactly 36", you feed it
through the jig bending probably a foot at a time until you have a circle,
have to do the ends hot though. Can be tricky keeping it straight in the jig
though.
