Ooo! Yes, that does sound better... I've found this article:

My first question is 'waht is a low voltage electric current'? I'm
guessing my '6v' charge setting on my 12amp charger would be good, yes?

  Here's some more articles...

Dear List,

I have been out of town for a week so I'm just sifting through the forge
postings (I get the pre-digested version) and noticed the thread on
electrolytic cleaning. I have been using the reverse electrolysis method
for cleaning ferrous objects since the late 1970's and have successfully
used it to clean hundreds of different types of goodies from cannonballs
brought up from lake Ontario by Cousteau to two 14 ft long wrought iron
chandeliers that I re-created and restored to operation for the Biltmore
Estate (they are now re-hung in the billiard room). I have some photos that
I could quickly scan and post of the chandelier operation to give an idea of
the setup for large objects, if someone could explain to me how to post
photos to the list...Also, some of the information in the reference articles
is a little goofy, I could post some basic instructions to go with the
photos, if that would be helpful.
