Sheldon,

I don't know about websites and I don't know about tool handles.  I do
know that the following reprint from Dover has a few pages of photos of
twisted wired, some very elaborate.  This book is proabably widely
distributed, so you should be able to borrow it from interlibrary loan.

Hi again,

Anyone know of any good websites relating to twisted wire for use in
knife/tool handles? More in the line of how to make your own or
special
patterns, not commercial sites. You know like the copper or nickel
brass
braided wire, that sort of thing.
