[TheForge] oil-wax finish

I used the oil-wax-turpentine finish for quite a few years. Added a tiny
bit of cobalt drier to it. One of those $10 mini crockpots works well to
heat it, including for the initial mix. Then you just store it in the
crockpot and plug it in when you get ready to finish. This is safe
compared with heating it over an open flame.
 
Be careful of those rags afterwards. That's a big fire hazard with this
finish.
