Mike, that kind of thing is made in big machine shops not necessarily
associated with a ship yard. Of course some of the larger ship yards 
have their own machine shops that work with stock that big. But most
do not.  I would seek out the local scrap / salvage yard and tell them 
what you are looking for. I am sure that they will find it for you 
in short order.
